How do I join JUST SHOP?
Visit your nearest participating Just Jeans storeParticipating stores are all Just Jeans stores in Australia, excluding all Just Jeans factory outlets and the Just Jeans Swan Hill store. Just Jeans Online is not part of this program. Refer to clause 14 of the JUST SHOP Membership Terms and Conditions., fill out the enrolment form, including your current email address, pay the $5 membership fee and you'll receive your JUST SHOP membership card on the spot!
Who is eligible to join?
As long as you love to shop at Just Jeans then this is the program for you! Employees of Just Jeans, its related companies, its data processing and advertising agents are not eligible to join JUST SHOP. For more details please refer to the JUST SHOP Membership Terms and Conditions.
Do I need an email address to join JUST SHOP?
Yes, it is mandatory to supply a valid email address to become a member of JUST SHOP.
Which Just Jeans stores participate in the JUST SHOP program?
All Just Jeans stores in Australia, excluding all Factory Outlets and Swan Hill.
How many points do I get with each purchase?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on merchandise in any participating Just Jeans storeFor purchases that are excluded refer to clause 6 of the JUST SHOP Membership Terms and Conditions.
How can I find out how many points I have?
Your voucher points balance is stated on your receipt, with every purchase. Your status points are displayed on the emails you receive from JUST SHOP or you can contact Customer Support on 1800 032 508.
What happens to my points balance if I make returns/exchanges?
At the time of refunding, points will be deducted from your points total.
Do I get points for Lay-bys?
Points will be awarded at the time a Lay-by is established for the total value of the Lay-by.
What happens if I lose my JUST SHOP $10 gift voucher?
We require you to present your JUST SHOP gift voucher in order to redeem it. Unfortunately, if you lose your JUST SHOP gift voucher, it will not be replaced.
How do the Status Levels work?
There are three different levels - Silver, Gold and Platinum. As you achieve a higher status level, we will reward you with even better privileges.
The tiering system is based on your dollar spend within a 12 month period.
Can I use my JUST SHOP card for online purchases?
Although you will not receive points, all Just Shop members automatically receive a 5% discount on every purchase made through our online store. To be eligible for the discount please ensure you give us your JUST SHOP card number upon registration. If you are already a Just Jeans online member simply Update your Details on the Just Jeans website and add in your JUST SHOP card number located on the back of the card.
Please note: Purchases made through our online store will not earn JUST SHOP points nor are they eligible for entry into JUST SHOP promotions.
How will I be informed of new prizes and promotions?
Visit any of our participating Just Jeans stores and our friendly staff will explain the current prizes or promotions to you. In addition, we will also send emails to update you on all the latest fashion, exciting offers and promotions at Just Jeans.
How can I get a replacement JUST SHOP card?
If you require a replacement JUST SHOP card, you can visit any participating Just Jeans store or contact Customer Support on 1800 032 508. When requesting a replacement card you will need to provide your original personal details you provided at the time you enrolled in JUST SHOP.
How can I update my personal JUST SHOP details?
You can update your details online, or by filling out a Member Update Details form in any of our participating Just Jeans stores and our staff will update your details on the spot.
